**Operational Risk - Outsourcing/ Third Party Risk Management Manager**

**London Based - Flexible working available**

This role supports the driving and maintaining of the outsourcing and third party risk management (TPRM) framework and initiative across EMEA for both intragroup and external party service providers/ arrangements. The purposes of the role are as follows:

- Providing support to the Head of EMEA Outsourcing/TPRMEMEA in supporting Senior Management’s oversight and management of outsourced and third party service providers and provide proactive visibility of areas of risk.
- Monitoring TPRM, outsourcing and other regulatory developments, assess impact on EMEA and SMBC BI frameworks and approach and recommend follow on actions.

**Background**:

- Managed and provided support on Outsourcing and TPRM frameworks
- Demonstrable experience of on Outsourcing and TPRM across Corporate Banking/, Treasury/ Investment Banking.
