To be successful in this position you will have to be confident in delivering data migrations and data cleansing activities while managing the expectations and requirements of external and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project and task management of all data migration and associated systems setup activities
- Management and gatekeeping of custom data fields setup
- Quality assurance of data mapping, data gap analysis, data setup assumptions
- Deliver a comprehensive data mapping instruction document and ensure that the knowledge transfer is maximised within the team (UK & Group)
- Robustly manage expectations, ensuring realistic timelines and costs of delivery are communicated effectively to senior stakeholders
- Monitor, review and evaluate post implementation adoption to ensure data is migrated, setup and managed appropriately
- Ensure data requirements are in-line with the overall business strategy
- Lead a team of business analysts, developers and testers to migrate data from legacy systems into the future solution (i.e., Connect, Origination, Odessa, Exact, DWH).
- Provide direction to a business Local Champions and SMEs where required for business activities i.e., data cleansing
- Acting as the main liaison, for data requirements, communicating between the project and test team, as well as the rest of the internal and external stakeholders.

**Key skills/experience**
- Solid track record of delivering IT Business projects (5 years minimum)
- Good stakeholder management skills, able to lead by example, hold teams, customers and partners to account.
- Project Management qualification (e.g., Agile PM certification, Prince2, APM)
