Viewing Agentclerk

We’re looking for a highly motivated enthusiastic, well-presented viewings clerk to support our thriving Sales & Lettings team at The Property Explorer, Basingstoke.

This is a Part-time flexible role working as and when required Monday to Friday 3-7pm and Saturdays between 9-6pm offering £11.50 per hour.

The main purpose of this role is to conduct property viewings, whilst providing an excellent first impression and great Customer Service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings for both Sales & Lettings
- Provide prospective clients with detailed property information.
- call attendees to confirm appointments.
- Collation of keys for the day’s viewings
- Ensure a smooth and informative viewing experience for customers.
- Obtain feedback during the viewings to pass on to the team.
- Maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanour

The Individual

Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence, own a car, and know the Basingstoke area well.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Punctual, reliable, and well organised
- Familiarity with Basingstoke and its surrounding areas
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have a strong customer focus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
