Wealth Management Client Services Administrator

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service. You will leverage your skills in communication and analysis to foster strong relationships and enhance client satisfaction within the financial services sector.
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and our organisation, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- To check new business cases prior to submission ensuring forms are completed correctly and all relevant documents included for pension, investment and life office providers.
- Daily fund movements and trades to be actioned within 24 hours of receipt and prioritised accordingly.
- Where applicable ensure cheques, ID documentation or legal documents are kept in the safe overnight when being held and updating the register when placed in and subsequently removed from the safe
- Produce accurate portfolio valuations in time for client reviews where appropriate
- Submit and follow up on letters of authority and change of agency forms, ensuring all documentation required for pension reviews and transfers are obtained and provided to the Adviser or Paraplanner.
**Skills**
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in financial services is highly desirable, providing a solid understanding of client needs within this sector.
- Proficiency in Back Office systems or CRM systems for managing client relationships efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and make informed decisions that enhance client experiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- knowledge of Pensions or investments is preferred, or some financial services experience.
