**Note: This is a Fixed Term Contract that runs to 19th of December, 2025 with possibility of extension.**
The role of Criminal Record Check (CRC) Administrator is critical to Accurate’s core objective of delivering outstanding levels of employment screening and client service. The CRC Administrator will take day to day responsibility for the delivery of our UK criminal record checking service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Flag up any suspicious occurrences while processing data

- Initiate and verify Criminal record checks/Employment/social media checks
Role Specific Competencies
- Validating and submitting ID documents
- Monthly ad hoc administration and purging of documents.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s Data Protection, Information Security, Health & Safety, Dignity at Work and IT Acceptable Use policies and associated procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Previous office experience is a plus but not essential—full training will be provided
- Excellent attention to detail and investigative mindset
- Ability to retain and accurately recall information
- Naturally curious, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems
The annual base salary for this position ranges from £24,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan. The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical and dental. A basic criminal record check with DBS will be required for all successful applicants, having a criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working with us. This will depend on the nature of the position and the circumstances of your offences.
