**RECEPTIONIST - WATFORD - 3 MONTHS CONTRACT - £25 PER HOUR (UMB)**
Arm are delighted to be working for one of the UK's Largest Infrastructure companies, which helps to construct, upgrade and maintain buildings and infrastructure across the country, for both private and public-sector customers. They are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team based in Hertfordshire.
**About You**:
- You MUST be able to obtain SC clearance or HOLD SC clearance.
- You will need experience in a busy reception or office environment.
- You will be required to have excellent customer care and communication skills.
- You will ideally have experience working in a defence background.
**What you will be doing**:
- You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the building including professionals, contractors, clients, and members of the public, putting them in contact with the appropriate member of staff.
- You will be required to attend development training courses to improve and maintain best working practices.
- You will maintain the database for the room booking system.
This role is based in Watford and will be office based.
You will be working as part of a 3 persons team working a shift pattern to cover early start and early finish. (Week 1 - 7am to 3.30pm & Week 2 - 9am to 5.30pm)
This is a 3 months contract position
The rate for this position is £25.00 Per hour (UMB) Inside IR35
