**Our client is a wooden hardtop manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to increases in production they are looking for a new maintenance engineer.**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Provide electrical & mechanical support & repairs for all woodshop equipment
- Carry out PPM's, reactive maintenance & root cause analysis
- Working on CNC, Hydraulics and pneumatics
- PLC - electrical fault finding on Siemens
- Site Services & facilities maintenance when required
- Work closely with production to reduce downtime

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Must be a multi-skilled engineer (electrically biased or 50/50)
- 5+ years' experience in a industrial environment
- Strong electrical & mechanical fault finding & problem solving skills
- Worked in a heavy machinery plant before
- PLC - electrical fault-finding capabilities on step 5 and step 7 siemens
- Must have worked in some form of high-speed manufacturing environment
- 18th or 17th Edition is required
- Qualified to NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 minimum
- Able to work on own initiative and part of a small team
