We are excited to be working with a new business who offer outsource claim solutions to the Insurance industry, who are building their new team of Recovery Claims Handlers.

Working in a stimulating environment, you'll manage your own cases and have responsibility for the recovery of client uninsured losses sustained as a result of RTA's.

This is a hybrid role which will allow you the flexibility of working in the office and at home.

**Key Responsibilities of Recovery Claims Handler**:

- Proactively manage a caseload of recovery cases from notification through to conclusion, including losses for hire and repair costs, excess, pre-accident vehicle value, recovery, storage, and loss of earnings
- Regularly communicate and manage relationships with Insurers, Clients, Solicitors, and vehicle Repairers
- Investigate liability disputes to gather all the relevant information
- Provide accurate updates to clients regarding their claim

**To be successful as a Recovery Claims Handler in this role you will have**:

- Experience managing claims
- Excellent communication skills
