We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to join our Global Marketing Team

The Marketing Operations Executive is responsible for supporting a robust Marketing operating framework covering strategic alignment, integrated planning, governance, and performance management. This means supporting the delivery of an effective calendar of workshops, events, and updates (including online hybrid and face-to-face) to cover key operating routines for Global Marketing.

The Marketing Operations Executive will support and enable the effective use of work management and reporting tools, supporting and coaching users on best practice, and acting as a champion for our tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery and facilitation of the planning, governance, and performance management routines, covering online as well as hybrid online/physical meetings as appropriate for stakeholder location and time zone.
- Become a trained administrator for key planning and work management tools, specifically Workfront. Provide training and advice to members of the Marketing Community to promote adoption, and ensure robust, timely information is provided
- Facilitate change management to embed operating routines by engaging the wider Global Marketing practitioner community
- Training and coaching users, showing examples of leading practice.
- Responsible for process support in producing high-quality and timely reporting output from the overall Marketing team.
- Responsible for successful operation and effectiveness of operating routines, meetings or events including ensuring technical and production support is available.
- Responsible for facilitating and supporting key configuration changes, process changes and feature roadmap for Workfront and reporting tools or dashboards.

What we are looking for:
Education/Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in digital marketing

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
- Project management background and PMO or equivalent experience, supporting planning and operating processes
- Proficient in MS apps, and common tools for example MS project, Planner
- Exposure to a range of planning and work management tools
- Proficient in collaboration tools and platforms such as Mural, Miro, Teams
- Change management experience: demonstrate supporting system/process change, user enablement, and training
- Financially literate, able to demonstrate experience in budget planning and reporting
- Flexibility: able to deal with a range of queries or challenges
- Organised and reliable: running a consistent, reliable operating rhythm
- Confident communicator, able to train and support users
- Experience with common planning and reporting frameworks, practices, approaches
- Planning and organisation: able to juggle and prioritise a variety of tasks under time pressure
- Able to demonstrate the production of polished reporting and presentation material to facilitate decision making
- Flexibility: able to deal with a range of queries or challenges
