**Reception Host - Lunch Cover**

Croma PROception are offering an exciting opportunity for a front of house professional to join our expanding team.

This is a customer facing role and we are seeking a reception host who is able to provide lunch cover across our prestigious Central London properties. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 11am - 3pm (4 hours paid). Due to expansion, there may be protentional for further progression within the company.

Pay Rate will be £12.00- 14.63 per hour, site dependant and a zone 1-2 travel card included (approximate value £150.00).

At PROception, we not only offer a seamless welcome, but we also bring the amalgamation of 3 key disciplines: Reception, Concierge and Security.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Provide sufficient lunch cover at any relevant site
- Provide a prompt, polite and warm welcome to all visitors
- Issue visitor passes using agreed processes and procedures
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and enquiries in an efficient and sincere manner
- Be seen as a visible customer focused professional and come out from behind the desk to greet clients where possible
- Provide concierge services eg: booking of taxis on behalf of clients/PROception employees
- Provide a consistent professional service at all times
- Anticipate clients needs/problems before they arise and that their expectations are met and exceeded each day
- Communicate visitor/client arrivals to the relevant person promptly
- Maintain a high security awareness at all times

- Previous experience in a customer service facing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
- Immaculate presentation
- Holds a naturally friendly personality with an honest smile
- Clear, concise and confident communication skills which are customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detail
- Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all times
- Computer literate
