**Supervising Social Worker - Good Ofsted**

**£35,000 - £38,000 per annum**

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Kent area in order to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

The fostering agency has a Good Ofsted rating and an excellent reputation, which means you will be part of a very good working environment. They offer some flexibility with home working also, so you will have a good work - life balance.

They are a small Independent Fostering Agency with about 55 foster carers in total. There are two Directors, one has a Qualified Social Work background and the other is an experienced therapist, so they have a therapeutic approach in the way they work.

**Responsibilities**:
The Supervising Social Worker will provide support and guidance to about 10 - 12 foster carers that are located around Kent and Bexley areas.

**Requirements**:

- you are a Qualified Social Worker
- you have experience in fostering
