You will be an essential part of the team, responsible for assisting with marketing campaigns, taking part in idea-generation meetings, creating content for social media and so much more to enhance your skills and reach your true potential

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Assist in the deployment of marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
- Take part in ideas generation meetings where we talk about marketing plans.
- Generating content for social media and the website.
- Researching and using the likes of google analytics to help drive web traffic.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**:

- Salary - £13,000 - £15,000
- Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
- Annual Leave 20 Days + Bank Holidays
- Hybrid working - Upon completion of probation period
- Reviews every 6 months
- £1000 salary increase on two years of service

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Someone who is keen on growth in a business and a self-runner.
- Someone who has a keen interest in and knowledge of digital marketing
- Good written skills.
- Would like someone who has knowledge of the tech industry.
- Creative mindset.
- Grade 4/C in Maths & English or Functional Skills Level 2.

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Digital Marketer.
