We are looking for dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team. **What You’ll Do**
As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be delivering care that is truly person-centred, including:

- **Live-in Care**: Providing 24/7 support for those who need it most

- **Specialist Clinical Care**: Handling complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence

**What We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking individuals who have:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
