**Self-Employed Cleaner Needed - Flexible Block Work with Performance Incentives**

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out assigned cleaning tasks in commercial and/or residential settings.
- Follow detailed instructions and complete all cleaning requirements to a high standard.
- Accept or decline assigned work blocks based on your availability and location.

Tasks Include (but are not limited to):

- **Brushing and Sweeping**: Ensure floors are clean and tidy.
- **Mopping and Vacuuming**: Keep floors sanitised and free of dirt.
- **Wiping Surfaces**: Clean and disinfect surfaces, including countertops, desks, and shelves.
- **Emptying Bins**: Regularly remove waste from bins and replace liners.
- **Sanitising**: Maintain hygiene by sanitising frequently touched areas.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous Cleaning Experience**: Proven experience in a similar cleaning role is essential.
- **Public Liability Insurance**: A valid insurance certificate to protect you and our clients is necessary - Assistance can be provided if required.
- **Right to Work in the UK**: Applicants must have legal authorisation to work in the UK.
- **Strong English Skills**: Ability to understand instructions, communicate effectively, and maintain clear records.
- **Punctuality and Reliability**: Must arrive on time and be dependable in adhering to the agreed schedule.
- **Smart Time Use**: Efficient in tracking time and completing tasks within set hours.
- **Instruction Following**: Able to follow precise instructions and meet high standards.
- **Own Vehicle**: Must have access to transportation for travel between cleaning assignments.
- **COSHH Trained & Certified**: Certification in Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations is a nice to have.
