Marketing Executive

**AIS Survivex is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, UK.**

We are the UK’s number one training provider for the energy sectors, training over 100,000 delegates a year, through a comprehensive portfolio of over 450 training courses (from safety critical to technical to developmental), where applicable accredited by the relevant governing bodies and delivered from our state-of-the-art facilities through-out the UK.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for new business acquisition in addition to ensuring excellent retention for all self funders and business clients through effective marketing campaigns. You will utilise knowledge of the products and sectors to communicate to audiences using all the tools at our disposal. These would include, but are not limited to:

- Devising, planning and executing effective social media campaigns
- Working closely with our graphic designer to produce engaging social media content
- Managing budget spend on PPC and sponsored ads
- Keeping up with the latest trends in digital marketing, including paid and organic methods
- Supporting the creation of literature and materials such as brochures and flyers
- Working with media via our PR support
- Building relationships with partners and stakeholders including recruiters, industry bodies and membership bodies
- Building relationships internally gather information from SMEs in other departments within our business
- Organising and promoting events such as jobs fairs and supporting industry events, or online events such as webinars
- Leveraging paid social media campaigns to target new audiences

We will work as a team and will generate campaign and product promotional ideas as a group regardless of customer stage. The marketing function will also work together for our Onsite stage of the customer journey, sharing activity between us.

**Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required**:

- A marketing qualification as well as experience or knowledge of each channel
- Significant experience in our sector with product knowledge being an advantage
- An ability to identify not only the obvious audiences, but also the linked audiences that may come into our centre
