One of our prestigious buildings in Victoria, London, requires an exceptional Corporate Receptionist. You would be expected to be able to work independently and take charge of any building issues, with the long-term scope of progressing into more building management duties. Presenting and providing the best-in-class customer service and front of house management skills. Professionalism is key
**Daily Duties include**:
Carry out regular patrols of the building to check for any problems, and report any faults to the relevant personnel.
Manage the fire alarm panel and other control panels in the building.
Ensure cleaning standards are maintained and report any cleaning issues to the client.
Ensure that all visitors are greeted with excellent customer service and visitor procedures are followed at all times.
Ensure the health and safety of the building is maintained.
Ensure meter readings are taken on a monthly basis.
Manage and distribute post upon receipt.
Log maintenance jobs for necessary works to be completed.
Ensure site manuals and procedures are regularly checked and updated.
Directing all visitors to correct floors.
Ensure the reception desk runs effectively.
**Individual requirements**:
Experience as a receptionist or in customer service
Experience within a corporate environment
Professional presented, self-confident and smartly dressed at all times.
Good health and safety knowledge
Understands the importance of, and has great, attention to detail.
Good intermediate computer literacy
Good oral and written English with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Able to remain calm and effectively manage and respond to difficult people or situations.
Desire to learn more about how a building runs and a passion for development, as this role will eventually take on more building management duties.
