We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a privately owned British Fashion Brand based in Poole. Launched in 2011, the brand is now available in hundreds of independent retailers throughout the UK and in major retailers.
- **The Salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, depending on experience**:

- **Located in Poole**:

- **22 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)**:

- **Summertime leave early on Fridays**:

- **Clothing allowance £1,000**:

- **Fun Days - including sailing, paddleboarding afternoons, BBQ’s and Team Birthday lunches**

This role involves:

- Managing the companies live chat.
- Processing returns from web sales.
- Liaising and keeping customers informed of any unavailable items and issuing refunds accordingly.
- Supporting customers with faulty garments and proposing satisfactory outcome for both the customer as well as the company.
- Supporting the business to business function of the team when required.
- Assisting with developing the customer ticketing systems and other systems that will improve overall the effectiveness of the job.
- Sharing good feedback to the company.
