Due to increased headcount, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding Student Support Worker, at this successful and over-subscribed secondary school in north Leeds, graded 'Good' by Ofsted.

The Learning Support Centre plays a fundamental part in supporting our identified cohort of students with a range of SEMH needs. We work closely with students to help them understand their own behaviours using ‘Zones of Regulation’. This enables students to gain a greater knowledge of how to manage and regulate their own behaviour, to ensure that all students can access learning and support them to reach their full potential.
