Our client, a total logistics services provider, offers comprehensive global supply chain solutions, aimed at reducing costs, improving customer satisfaction, reducing inventory investments and customising product delivery.

They’re currently recruiting an Import Coordinator to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Start to finish import operations including receiving of pre-alerts and job-file creation
- Liaison with importer and the arrangement of clearance instructions
- Submission of import declarations and follow up until clearance is granted
- Arrangement of deliveries, the creation and management of ETSF records where required
- Handling of customer enquiries
- Liaison with local sales staff and overseas offices
- Invoicing and cost of sales approval
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience and knowledge of import operation
- Excellent communication skill in English
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools
- Other language (such as Japanese) is advantage but not essential

**Conditions**:

- Salary - £25-30,000, depending on experience
- Other benefits available
- Location - West Drayton
