We are currently looking for Packing operatives for our well established client based in Lincoln.

Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am. 8-Hour Shifts. **NIGHT SHIFT**

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour

**Duties**:

- Prepare and pack products according to specific instructions and guidelines
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packing
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and ability to priorities tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
