**Overview**:
A well-known HNW estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Streatham area, dealing with mortgages up to £1m, with an averageproperty value of £520k.

**Main Duties**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from one of London’s best known and prestigious estate agency brands, dealing with HNW clients in the Streatham office.

This established HNW estate agency office in the Streatham area, will refer 10-12 new mortgage appointments per week. Along with the leads provided on a daily basis, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Streatham area, you will haveunlimited and unrestricted access to the branches existing clients of over 300 individuals.

Due to the changes in the interest rate these existing loyal client base will require advice on their existing mortgage and protection arrangements.

As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Streatham area, as well as offering whole of market mortgage advice, you will be required to offer advice on all the associated protection products, to ensure that the clients are fully protected.

**Remuneration**:
£24,000 - £30,000 basic, plus car or allowance, financial guarantees for 6 months, pension, DIS, bonus & commission, OTE £55,000 year 1, £75,000 - £90,000 year 2

**Key Skills**:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Streatham branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).

Due to the interest rate changes, you should also be experienced in proactively contacting the existing clients, as well as obtaining referrals to offer a remortgage and protection review service.

As this branch will generate 10-12 new leads per week, time management is also essential, to ensure that you can take full advantage of the excellent leads provided.
