- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Process reservations and maintain accurate records of bookings.
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain the reception area in an organised and tidy manner.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hotel is essential.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for visitors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
