You will be joining a well
- established multi
- disciplinary clinical team providing care across two wards. The ward is commissioned to provide care for 10 women with mental disorders who require treatment in conditions of medium security.
The SCFT service covers 8 boroughs of North West London in 3 hubs. The post is within one of the hubs to provide input into the care, treatment and risk management for patients under the care coordination of the SCFT. This will include co-working alongside inpatient teams
The post has 7 sessions in the Women’s Secure Service and 3 sessions with the SCFT
