**Job Role**:Full time / Permanent

An exciting position has become available to join the accounts team at ProtoCool in Aldermaston. This is a busy role that would suit an experienced bookkeeper or accountant that enjoys a fast-paced environment in a thriving and ever-growing industry.

**General Tasks**:

- Monthly and daily payments
- Company Expenses
- VAT
- Hold regular meetings with internal and external accountants
- General bookkeeping of annual accounts
- Update the teams with account payments
- General admin tasks

**Invoicing**:

- Communicate with teams to generate invoices as required daily.

**Account Management**:

- Account meetings with department managers to manage cashflow
- Chase outstanding receivables
- Input supplier's invoices - print and approve invoices
- Onboarding new clients (credit checks, account terms)

**Payroll Preparation**:

- Prepare staff wages for payroll
