Who We Are
?REMI.C.T was founded in January 2017 in London’s East-End, led by Remi Connolly-Taylor. The ambition of the Studio is to challenge the parameters of London’s housing, work, retail, and public spaces. We strive to extend their potential by creating a design-ledenvironment in the demanding and dynamic circumstances of our vibrant and busy city.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

PA Responsibilities:
- Manage Director’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary; reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Arranging domestic and international travel for Director
- Drafting and responding to correspondence on behalf of Director
- Editing, researching, and writing articles, bid documents, award submissions, and other texts
- Follow up with clients on new business opportunities and leads under the direction of the Director

Studio Support
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with incoming correspondence and phone calls
Managing databases and filing systems; handling planning and coordinating group/team meetings/outings; and organising events
Assisting with content creation for all online and offline marketing channels including blog writing
Managing all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn)
Nurturing relationships with publicists/publications and networking within the industry
Regularly updating website (WIX)
Preparing studio for visits and meetings

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Personal Assistant:
- Prior administrative experience (managing calendars and events) or in a similar role (preferably in a creative field)
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, combined with sound grammar, formatting and writing experience
- A clear understanding of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter)
- Experience using a website building platform (Ideally WIX)
- Adobe InDesign skills (desirable), Keynote, Pages
- Self-disciplined, having high levels of organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage a number of priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
