Location: London

Reports to: Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a result of the recent expansion of the company we are now looking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor to undertake Estimating and Quantity Surveying duties. Based in our London offices your duties will include:
Principle activities
- Assisting with estimating requirements on new projects.
- Assisting the drafting and execution of supply chain agreements.
- Liaising with the Employer’s representatives in all aspects of both cost and value.
- Managing day to day commercial and contract activities as directed.
- Identifying, assessing, evaluating and agreeing change, both up and downstream.
- Working closely with the project team to ensure the flow of information is maintained and contemporaneous.
- Assessing, evaluating and agreeing subcontract valuations and final accounts.

Related activities

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years Construction Industry experience.
- Experience within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Experience of identifying, managing and agreeing change.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience of managing the supply chain.
- Previous Estimating experience.
