It is an exciting and stimulating role, in which you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology to support our business. This position encompasses a wide range of different types of work, including coding, cyber security, analysing data, interacting with business segments, solving problems, and presenting information. Once you have completed an initial month of induction, we will work with you to determine what is the most appropriate training path for you to follow, including these roles:
- Data Analyst
- DevOps Engineer
- Project Manager
- Cyber Security Technician
- Infrastructure Technician

We have a proven track record of supporting our Apprentices to become the best they can be. We passionately believe in forming you as Cloud professionals of the future. For example, our Apprentices have been finalists in external awards for Apprentice of the Year and all are now integral parts of our Cloud team.
**Training & Qualifications**
This Apprenticeship is typically 14 - 24 months. In addition to on-the-job training, you will also receive a highly competitive study support package to support you gaining a qualification. You will be fully supported by your team, the WTW apprentice team and our official government approved Training Provider throughout the duration of the programme. You will be given the chance to work across multiple teams to sample exactly where you want to be for your future career.
There will be opportunities for further training including technical qualifications e.g. Azure certifications.
Our programme also provides access to senior mentors and a “buddy network” to support your wider career development, with ample networking and experience-building opportunities.
**The Requirements**
- Enthusiasm about technology

- Self-discipline, determination, and an appreciation of the demands of studying while working
- Ability to be professional
- Ability to investigate situations, provide recommendations and be flexible in approach in order to resolve problems
- Software skills in using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint or equivalents
- Be a team player
**English and Maths**
Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve these prior to the end point assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement the apprenticeships English and maths minimum requirement is Entry Level 3 and British Sign Language qualification are an alternative to English qualifications for whom this is their primary language.
