We are seeking self-employed Groundworkers on a subcontracting basis, responsible for all elements of groundworking, including excavation, foundation and slab laying, underground drainage services, block and beam, ducting, asphalt, kerb and paving laying.

This role is for immediate start and requires a proactive, skilled individual capable of working independently and as part of a team. Applicants must possess a valid CSCS card and a full UK driving licence is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Foreman/Supervisor and liaise with external suppliers and subcontractors when required.
- Operate in accordance with risk assessments
- Co-operate with other groundworkers and site workers as required
- To perform the job in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**
- Valid CSCS Card
- GCSEs in Maths and English.
- Have worked within a construction environment
- Manual Handling training.

**Preferred**
- Full UK driving licence & Experience
- Own transport

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £36,000.00-£52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
