**General responsibilities of the position include**:
1. Observance of Health & Safety requirements

2. Carry out duties as instructed by COOK

3. Complete relevant training requirements.

Day to Day Duties

1. Assist with preparations of meals and transfer of trolley.

2. Assist with clearing up and cleaning after each meal.

3. Assist with daily/weekly cleaning schedule.

4. Assist with checking in of stock.

5. Ensure correct rotation of foodstuffs.

6. Ensure correct labelling.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- kitchen assistant/cook: 1 year (preferred)
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
