We have exciting opportunities at our Lakeland Supported Living Service in the **Enniskillen** area for:
**Senior Support Worker - **£22,000 per annum (£11.25 per hour)

**37.5 hours per week**

You will need to be flexible as the work includes days, evenings, weekends, and may include sleepovers or waking nights.

At least 1 years’ experience of:

- Supporting people with learning disabilities and / or autistic spectrum conditions and / or acquired brain injury within a paid role in a Health and Social Care setting AND
- Development and/or implementation of Person Centered Care / Support Plans AND
- Being part of a team within a Health and Social Care setting.

Full, valid driving licence or an ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post.

If you are successful at interview you will be required to undertake an Access NI Enhanced disclosure check.
