**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling cash or card transactions.

**Skills**
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent guest services.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of serving techniques.
- Understanding of food safety practices and basic food preparation methods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
