We are currently looking for an experienced Mentor to join our team within the Workways team at NPT Employability, a project funded by the UKSPF.

Develop and maintain joint working arrangements with partners and agencies to support your participant to source employment / training opportunities.

Utilise a range of creative and innovative methods to engage with a wide range of economically inactive and unemployed participants. Undertake assessments to contribute to the development of action plans. Maintain accurate and up to date records to ensure eligibility and suitability of support is captured.

**About you**:
Do you have:

- Experience of working within the unemployed, economically inactive and those facing barriers to employment. Experience of recruitment processes and the current Benefit system.
- Level 4 in Advice and Guidance, Mentoring or Counselling. Experience in online databases. Experience of managing a caseload and achieving KPI&©s.
