As the Food & Beverage Breakfast Supervisor you will
- Support in making memories for our breakfast guests.
- Work enthusiastically as a member of Food and Beverage Team.
- Utilise interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
- Accountable for overall success of the food and beverage operations
- Lead shifts and Serves as a role model and drive training & development for the team
- Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.
- Supervise Food and Beverage breakfast operation areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produce
- Ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with the rest of the hotel team.

A successful Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor is someone who is
- A warm, people-oriented demeanour
- A team-first attitude by setting goals and delegating tasks to improve departmental performance.
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Flexible, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability
- Knowledge of Opera is preferred but not essential
- Leads shifts and actively participates in the servicing of events.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
