We are seeking a polished and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team and contribute to the high standards of service that define Margaux Lounge.

The Role
As a Waiter/Waitress at Margaux Lounge, you will be responsible for delivering attentive, professional service while maintaining the refined standards expected in a high-end dining environment. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure service runs smoothly and guests receive a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering courteous, professional table service at all times
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the menu, including food, wine, cheese, charcuterie, and cocktails
- Presenting menus and products confidently and accurately
- Ensuring tables and service areas are kept clean, organised, and well presented
- Supporting senior front-of-house staff during service
- Following service procedures and checklists
- Adhering to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Representing Margaux Lounge with professionalism at all times
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, though not essential
- A professional, well-presented, and courteous manner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
- Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in high-quality food, drink, and service

Hours & Benefits
- £13 per hour plus tips
- Contracted 40 hours per week- Ongoing training and development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
