**Location**: North Bay, Scarborough
**Contract**: Fixed-term (April - September)
**Hours**: Part-time to start, with increased hours during peak season
**Salary**: National Minimum Wage (April 2025 rates)

**About Us**

Scooped Ice Cream Parlour is a busy dessert venue in **North Bay, Scarborough**, serving delicious ice cream, waffles, and sweet treats to locals and visitors. We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic **Ice Cream Servers** to join our team for the 2025 season.

**Job Overview**

This is a great role for someone who enjoys customer interaction and working in a fun, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for **scooping and serving ice cream, preparing desserts, and handling customer orders**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serving ice cream, waffles, and other desserts with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Taking customer orders and handling cash and card payments.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Preparing milkshakes, sundaes, and other menu items to a high standard.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring all guests have a great experience.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Must be 15+**.
- **Previous experience preferred but not essential**—full training will be provided.
- A friendly, approachable personality with good communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work **weekends, evenings (summer only), and bank holidays**.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Pay: £11.44-£15.24 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 65 per week
