If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you

We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Leicester, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a young boy who lives at home with his loving family in Leicester, he requires support throughout the night on a 1:1 basis.

He loves exploring with his sensory toys, and a big fan of anything that makes a noise, his favourite toy to play with is his little blue train.

Throughout the night you will be required to attend to his complex and clinical care needs, support with personal care, moving & handling, regular monitoring and offering comfort and reassurance when needed to promote a restful night’s sleep.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling Medication administration

**Desirable Experience**
- Tracheostomy Care
- PEG Feed
- Oral Suctioning
- Ventilation Care

**We have the following shifts available**
- Part Time Nights
- 2 Shifts Per Week
- 11pm - 7am

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weeknights: £11.50 per hour (Approx. £92 per 8-hour shift)

Weekends: £12.00 per hour (Approx. £96 per 8-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £13.50 per hour (Approx. £108 per 8-hour shift)
