Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity? If yes, we are looking for a focused, professional, and motivated Optical Assistant to join our team in Beckenham, BR3 3NP for 4 days per week (Mon / Wed / Thurs / Fri).

We have the latest diagnostic equipment, the latest technological advances in contact lenses, spectacle lenses and frames, and the latest fashions.

At Bayfields, we are passionate about the services we provide our clients so as our Optical Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting or contacting your practice. We want you to greet our clients in person as they arrive, or over the phone with a smile to make them feel valued and you will listen and understand their needs before taking ownership of their query. You will work closely with the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians to determine the best solutions for our clients and focus on delivering obsessively great service at every step in the Bayfields client journey.

Ideally, we need and experienced Optical Assistant as this is a busy practice. We would like somebody with excellent IT skills. We want you to have excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build strong relationships with your team members, peers, and clients.
