**Support Worker - Stockton on Tees**

**24 hours per week**

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic outstanding team, supporting adults with learning disabilities (wheelchair users) to reach their full potential.

We support 6 individuals - 3 males in an upstairs flat and 2 males and a female in a downstairs flat. The people we support enjoy days out participating in the community.

Hourly rate - **£9.50ph**

Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.

A DBS is required for this role.

The service has a vehicle, so driver is preferred but not essential.
