**Role summary**
The purpose of the role is to support the Finance team with administrative based duties.

**Main duties of the role**
Duties could include, but are not limited to: data inputting, receipt and document reconciliation to statements, scanning and attaching documents, filing, communicating with other departments to request or query information, other work suitable to the skill set and interest of the volunteer where appropriate.

**Training & supervision**
- The position will be office based, with the support from Finance team members.
- The work will be primarily computer based.
- Mandatory health and safety training (annually)

**Experience & qualifications required**

Outlook.
- Recent office experience would be an advantage with database working knowledge.
- Able to question data that does not appear to be within the expected ranges or formats
- Tasks will include repetitive administration duties
