**What will you be doing?**
The Regulatory Response Senior Scientist role is responsible for supporting the oversight of response to emerging water quality sample failures and incidents, acting as a senior technical specialist in the team to ensure appropriate action is taken to protectpublic health and comply with regulatory requirements.- Monitoring and reporting on water quality data and leading investigations into atypical findings.
- Providing technical guidance and support to event teams where there is a risk to quality or sufficiency of supply.
- Liaison with health authorities, and internal stakeholders as well as directly with our customers.
- Please note that participation in the Duty Operational Scientist out-of-hours roster may be required.

**We’re looking for you to**:

- Degree in a relevant scientific discipline with chartership of a relevant awarding body (or working toward) preferable
- Significant relevant industry experience, ideally within the field of water quality and/or operating in a highly regulated environment.
- Robust understanding of drinking water quality regulatory requirements is essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong personal resilience
- Good knowledge of company Health and Safety requirements
