The role available here is for a solicitor to join the rapidly expanding commercial litigation team.
Within this role you will cover a broad range of commercial dispute resolution with clients ranging from individuals to large corporations. Whilst you will be expected to work by yourself, there will also be the opportunity to work as a team on the larger cases.
The role will suit someone who is looking to develop their career supporting a wide variety of clients within a friendly collegiate team in a leading regional firm.
As the employer in question holds such regional esteem, it is important that you as an individual have the right drive and mentality to maintain the high standards that its clients have come to expect.
As an individual, you must:

- Be a solicitor qualified in England and Wales 2-5 PQE
- Have demonstrable practical experience of commercial litigation work and be willing to undertake a broad range of work
- Understanding and knowledge of litigation processes and procedures
- Ability to work successfully within a team and independently, as well as to supervise and help with the development of more junior team members
- Good time management and personal organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Effective decision making and judgement skills
The salary for this role is negotiable upon interview but this employer offers some of the most competitive salaries in the market.
