Personal Shopping Coordinator
You’ll assist both Private Shoppers and Private Client Managers, supporting their business with administrative and operation tasks. As a Private Shopping Coordinator, you’ll support with tasks such as necessary documentation and paperwork, returning stock to the shop floor and liaising with internal departments, in order to maintain the PCM/PS business and create a smooth Client experience. In this role, you’ll demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of the departmental computer systems, procedures and dispatches. You’ll also support to other team members within By Appointment to ensure that the client receives the best possible service regardless of who manages the client relationship.

**About you**
Process driven, keen to learn and highly self-motivated, you’ll have strong retail experience, ideally in a big department store or luxury fashion. You must also be confident, resilient, and able to hold your own in a sometimes challenging environments. You must thrive working in a fast-paced environment during pressuring situations. You’ll be discreet and professional, you’ll confidently meet and greet clients, always aiming to provide outstanding customer service. In this role, you’ll ensure that the department and team are always portrayed as professional, courteous, approachable and efficient. With a clearly understanding about the Store security procedures, you’ll be aware of all areas and products within the business and actively keep abreast of our competitors. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally well organised and thrive in an environment which requires that you think on your feet.
