**Helpline / Sales Advisor**

We are recruiting for Helpline / Sales Advisor roles for our client in Purfleet.

**As a Helpline / Sales Advisor you will need to have**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous customer services telephone experience
- Confident style with customers and suppliers and able to win their confidence and trust
- Organised able to keep on top of administration and to manage customer enquiries and implement and set follow up process to convert enquiries into sales
- High attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Word
- Excellent time management skills

**Details**:

- Salary £11.00 per hour
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09.00-17.30
- Location: Purfleet, RM 19, Essex
- Duration: Ongoing

**Role of a Helpline / Sales Advisor include**:

- Responsible for all new order communications from new and existing customers
- Helping the customer to complete the purchase online via the telephone
- Managing Live chat and responding to customer queries with the objective of turning an enquiry into a sale
- Ensuring that any complex complaints are identified and passed quickly to your line manager, to ensure a speedy and efficient resolution
- Compiling and maintaining the necessary records, providing a clear and concise audit trail
