**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and organised Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of DECI’s brand. Based in our Derry office, this role involves driving both internal and external marketing initiatives, supporting recruitment campaigns, and developing engaging content that reflects who we are. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership and make a visible impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that support business development, recruitment, and internal communications
- Create branded content including job ads, brochures, social media posts, presentations, and newsletters using tools like Canva
- Manage and grow DECI’s social media presence, especially on LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote job openings and support talent attraction
- Work closely with the Business Development team to support client-facing events, presentations, and pipeline management
- Keep website content current and aligned with company messaging
- Coordinate company events, employee features, and internal initiatives
- Liaise with team members across departments to gather content and ensure consistent messaging
- Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience in-house or agency side
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Proficiency in Canva or other design platforms
- Confident managing company social media accounts
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
- Familiarity with engineering, construction, or recruitment industries is an advantage
