**Your role as a Customer Service Advisor at phs Group**:

- Taking calls and building rapport with business customers each day on our contact centre.
- Fixing any issues quickly and efficiently, so customers feel valued every time.
- Basic computer skills are really important We’ll help you learn the rest.
- Most important is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers.

**In return for your commitment and expertise at phs Group you’ll benefit from**:

- A good salary - £21,750 p.a. for 36.25 hours a week up to £24,000 p.a. for 40 hours a week
