**Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000**

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in Commercial Maintenance.

This position will be working for a strong company within Building Services industry that provides a service throughout the South West and Bristol area

We are looking for someone that is experienced in managing contracts that will include multiple sites and multiple engineers. Coming from a technical background would be an advantage (mechanical, electrical or fabric)

This is an office based position with weekly client and compliance meetings throughout the Bristol area.

**Requirements**:

- Strong working back ground as a Contracts Manager
- Experienced within Commercial building services maintenance
- Electrical or mechanical experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Must be strong on compliance
- Full UK Driving licence
- Commutable to Bristol
