**Our client is a continually growing and highly reputable wealth and investment management firm. They are looking to appoint a Risk & Control Business Partner to their team, **responsible for partnering with the Regional Managing Partners outside of London to strengthen and oversee the execution and management of Risk & Control in the Front Office.** **Risk & Control Business Partner Specific Responsibilities**
- Act as the lead for matters of Oversight outside of London, acting as the bridge between the Front Office Central Oversight team and the Regional Managing Partners (RMPs), Managing Partners (MPs) and Regional Business Managers (BMs) as required.
- Undertake analysis on areas such as Risk Events, Complaints, and Breaches to identify and advise on appropriate remedial action and ensure completion of those activities. Be responsible for enhancement and oversight of Accelerate data quality, conductingperiodic reviews of data and events to identify root cause and link back to process or control failure, recording and coordinating actions required locally.
- Lead, support, facilitate and provide input to Oversight and Risk & Control framework delivery in the region as required - including Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSA), Conduct Risk Assessments (CRA), Lessons Learned and Root Cause Analysis.
- Work with the Oversight central team to provide input and support to core Front Office processes in the Region as required.
- Support the Oversight central team in progressing activity as directed in the Region, including Control Monitoring, Assurance & Testing, framework execution activities (for example deep dives into areas of concern and Issue management), Governance (contentfor mandated meetings), data analytics and Policy compliance.
- Support the adoption & embedment of internal control and risk management cultures within the Front Office, ensuring a clear understanding of oversight, risk and local compliance policies and procedures across the Region Front Office.
- Partner with and support Regional BMs to ensure understanding of requirements and progression of activities regarding quality assurance and file reviews.
- Lead, support, facilitate and provide input as appropriate to Front Office and Oversight activities, reviews and impact assessments - including areas such as Consumer Duty, Vulnerability, Product & Service Reviews and Regulatory responses.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Experience (2 years+) of supporting Risk and Control within a Financial Services organisation.
- Experience (2 years+) of supporting a Risk Management Framework within a Financial Services organisation.
- Ability to identify and assess the adequacy of controls frameworks and make appropriate control recommendations,
- Strong inter-personal, team-working and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Strong stakeholder management with effective influencing skills.
- Ability to constructively challenge, where appropriate, including middle management level.
- Strong awareness and understanding of the principles of internal control.

Wealth management experience and associated qualifications are highly desirable.
