**About us**
Here at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Waltham Cross we are looking for an experienced Service & Maintenance Technician to join our busy team. If you would like to become part of one of the UK's largest Motor Retailers then please read on
We are offering a negotiable basic salary up to £32,700 with an OTE of up to £40,480 depending upon grade and skills and experience.
In addition to this we are offering a sign on bonus of £1000 plus another £1000 bonus in month 13 of your employment
**About the Role**
Our Technicians are a fundamental part of our Aftersales team and are responsible for accurately completing repair and service records, as well as any other appropriate activities. You will have a full understanding of the Group Vehicle preparation processand have a proven ability to carry out basic electrical and mechanical repairs. Your duties will include road testing vehicles after repair, using diagnostic equipment and stripping down and reconditioning major units.
**About You**
If your experience is from a volume franchised dealers or an independent garage we would love to talk to you about joining our team. You will be provided with full manufacturer training and industry leading progression opportunities.
All you require to become part of the Vertu team are:

- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- A proven ability to carry out electrical and mechanical repairs
- A full Driving Licence
- Your own full set of Tools
