**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with and supervise children in activities designed to stimulate their development.
- Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curricula tailored to each child's individual needs.
- Monitor and record children's progress, maintaining accurate documentation of their development and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to childcare.
- Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety regulations.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Level 3/Level 2 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills, particularly with children, staff, and parents.
- A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and safeguarding practices.
- Experience working with children across all age groups in the Early Years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
