Aim:
To provide amazing catering service to our clients, exceeding our customers' highest expectations each time and putting smiles on as many people's faces as we can with our fantastic food and sensational service.

You will be required to both working independently and lead by example, ensuring all standard operating procedures are correctly followed. You'll be able to motivate the Grazing Catering team to take ownership, initiative, strive for the highest standards and present food with perfection. You'll take part in recruitment, training and development of other team members to help develop a strong team.

Using your existing knowledge and experience, you will be expected to help take us to another level, going from good to great by continuously striving to find ways to improve the customer experience.

You will focus on striving for the highest customer satisfaction levels, using your creativity to bring something new and exciting that will wow our customers and make them become truly loyal Grazing fans.

**Responsibilities of the Job**
- On-Site Operations:_
- To deliver an amazing food service while present on-site.
- To ensure all standard operation procedures are always followed correctly and maintained.
- To provide training and support the development of team members by working onsite, alongside catering team members. You will lead by example and through experience and skills, demonstrate how to deliver an awesome food service.
- Taking ownership of and solving day-to-day operational problems and challenges as and when they arrive, in a calm organized and professional manner.
- Liaising with team members, customers and clients on occasions and communicating to your line manager all the necessary feedback.
- To manage stock within your operation, checking for par levels and completing stock rotation
- To complete orders with suppliers via telephone and online ordering on time and when required to comply with the clients schedule.

**Office Operations**:

- To assist on researching and organizing fun, interactive theme days and to engage customers and deliver a Grazing wow at every opportunity.
- To plan and execute new exciting ideas each month to keep our customers loving us
- To generate and implement ideas to make improvements to the customer experience.

**People Management**:

- Promote a daily culture of teamwork and flexibility, this may include any or all catering employees assisting with different work duties not typically practised in their daily routine.

**Health & Safety**:

- To ensure all relevant health & Safety and food safety legislation is met for the Grazing catering sites
- To maintain hygiene standards; ensuring that all staff and procedures comply with Food Hygiene regulations, specifically ensuring relevant Allergens information sheets are at all catering sites and all staff are fully briefed on Allergens prior to service.

**Working Conditions**
- Grazing Catering Operation is Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)
- Contracted Hours of work are 40 hours per week, typically 7.00am to 3.00pm, but flexibility to do more depending on business needs is required.
- Be able to cover team members for all sick and/or holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
